Dave’s attention to detail is unmatched. I’ve have dealt with tons of framers/construction companies in the past. Dave is the most honest of them all , and the work speaks for itself. A few extra unforeseen things came up in the addition project that would have blown my budget had Dave not been an honest great business owner. There was an opportunity to make a lot more money as I had no choice but to take care of the issues and instead he worked with me , gave me options , and completely underbid the extra work. In his words “fixing these problems is the right thing to do, I wouldn’t want to put my name on the project with band aid fixes”. I’ve never met a contractor to be that honest and proud of his work. I would recommend him a million times over , in fact I have and will continue to do.

David was very diligent about our pavilion kit project. He took the initiative to call the company and ask questions I never would have thought to ask. He and his team were very conscientious, polite and friendly. Any (kit) glitches along the way were discussed with options presented. I think we got a lot of value for the price. I would hire him again for any job, big or small.

One of my clients in Kittery maine had a leak caused by an ice dam. Dave and his team were onsite the next day and did a great job repairing everything !!! Great team !!!

We set an appointment for an estimate. He was on time, clean, friendly and precise. We agreed on a price and set a date. The men showed up on time, did all the carpentry work agreed upon cleaned their work area and billed me for the price we had agreed upon. Everything went smoothly, they explained everything concisely and followed up the following day to ensure that I was happy
