David came out to check out a leak that I had around my furnace chimney. He went over and above to inspect it and did a professional repair to replace the damaged flashing that the roofing company overlooked. I highly recommend him for home repairs

We set an appointment for an estimate. He was on time, clean, friendly and precise. We agreed on a price and set a date. The men showed up on time, did all the carpentry work agreed upon cleaned their work area and billed me for the price we had agreed upon. Dave’s attention to detail is unmatched. I’ve have dealt with tons of framers/construction companies in the past. Dave is the most honest of them all , and the work speaks for itself. A few extra unforeseen things came up in the addition project that would have blown my budget had Dave not been an honest great business owner. There was an opportunity to make a lot more money as I had no choice but to take care of the issues and instead he worked with me , gave me options , and completely underbid the extra work. In his words “fixing these problems is the right thing to do, I wouldn’t want to put my name on the project with band aid fixes”. I’ve never met a contractor to be that honest and proud of his work. I would recommend him a million times over , in fact I have and will continue to do.
